The precise order for next steps will need to be decided in discussion with the IKM Steering Group and others but they stand as follows:

4/5 October: Discussion of first outline with IKM Steering Group

6 October: Discussion with meeting on practice-based change

31 October: New version based on discussion with IKM Steering Group and involving input from the proposed Regional Hubs and from discussion with other programme members
